Automatic signal wiring description
?
Drainage control: Single float is connected to 5# and 6# (connected to normally open) (one main and one backup mode needs to be selected) Double floating ball is connected to 5# and 6# for low water level, and connected to 5# and 7# for high water level (connected to normally open) , overflow level and both pumps start at the same time):
Water supply control: Float connected to 5#, 6# (connected to normally closed)
Electric contact pressure gauge: Connect 5# to the moving end, 6# to the lower limit, and 7# to the upper limit.
Fire linkage: 10# and 11# ports are connected to DC24V, regardless of positive or negative, it will start when power is received and stop when power is lost.

Basic functions of water pump controller
?
1. The factory default setting is for one pump and two pumps to work in automatic rotation.
?
2. If any pump fails, it will automatically switch to another pump.
?
3. Fault signal setting: In manual mode, press the main pump selection button for 5 seconds, that is, it can be switched between normally open and normally closed (default is normally open).
?
4. After the fire protection 24V is input, the first pump starts. If the first pump fails, it switches to the second pump to start. When the first pump fails, it switches to the first pump to start.

5. When draining water, connect 7# and 8# to a high water level to start one pump. When the water level reaches an ultra-high level, connect 7# and 9# to start two pumps at the same time.

Function selection instructions
?
In the automatic state, press and hold the pump start button for 5 seconds to switch between float control or pressure control mode. When the red light is on, it indicates pressure control mode. The factory default red light is off, which indicates float control.
In the automatic state, press and hold the first pump stop button for 5 seconds to switch between pump selection control and wheel pump control. The red light is on for pump selection control. The factory default red light is off and it is wheel pump control. Wheel pump control means that two pumps are used alternately, and pump selection control controls which pump to use based on the main pump selection on the panel.
In the manual state, press and hold the main pump selection key for more than 5 seconds to switch the fault signal types of terminals 8# and 9#, which are divided into normally open type and normally closed type. The factory default is normally open type.
Dual pumps start at the same time function: supports high water level and dual pumps to start at the same time. When one pump and two pumps are allowed, the high water level signal is input and the two pumps start at the same time.
Failover function: When the main pump fails, the backup pump will automatically put into work.
